Common questions

Is Caliper a certified inspection service?

No. Caliper is an AI drafting and visualisation assistant. Its output is a reference draft and does not replace a qualified engineer, statutory inspection or manufacturer documentation, and must not be used for acceptance, safety sign-off or legal evidence.

How do allowances work?

Each plan grants a monthly allowance of Chat drafts, diagrams and motion clips. Allowances reset every billing period and do not roll over. There are no credit packs or stored balances.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

What happens to the photos and notes I enter?

Inputs and generated results are processed to produce your output and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your inputs to train models.

Which currencies do you charge in?

All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD).
