You retain all rights you hold in the text, notes, photos and reference images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service and generate your output. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the checklists, diagrams, clips and report drafts you generate and may use them for your own engineering and maintenance work. Paid plans include a commercial-use licence for generated output.

Output generated on the Free plan may carry a Caliper watermark and is licensed for personal and evaluation use. Remove the watermark and unlock commercial use by upgrading — see Pricing.

Generated output is a reference draft and must be used in line with the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for verifying it and for not infringing third-party rights.

The Caliper platform, brand, sample imagery and interface are owned by MECH-INSPECT LIMITED and may not be copied or reused except as needed to use the service.
