Caliper is an online-only digital subscription. There are no physical goods, shipping or on-site services. Access is granted immediately on payment, in US Dollars.

You can cancel from your billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its allowance remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Allowances do not roll over.

• If you are charged in error or experience a billing fault attributable to us, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the affected charge.
• Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused, unstarted months if requested within 14 days of the charge, less any usage already consumed.
• Monthly charges for a period that has already started and been used are generally non-refundable, except where required by consumer law.

The Free plan is $0 and requires no payment; there is nothing to refund.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. For UK/EU consumers, by starting to use the service within any cancellation period you acknowledge that generated digital content is supplied immediately.
